The header shows the Blog Post Title and the current Stage of the Blog Post. The current Stages for producing a blog post are:

  • Ready to Start: The blog post stays in this status while working on various tasks before the copywriter starts work.

  • Copywriting: Indicates the blog post is ready for copywriting with the content details completed.

  • Brand Enrichment: This is where we fine-tune the copy to brand messaging, add quotes/stats, tell brand stories, and create thought leadership.

  • In Review: As the copywriter provides the content, the blog post is reviewed and prepared for publishing.

  • Ready to Publish: The blog post is tagged as complete once all items and processes are complete.

  • Published: The blog post is live and ready for promotional activities.
